Kit including n.1 Helix with 50 strips + n.12 B&D tests

The Helix test allows you to detect the penetration force of steam inside the chamber. The Helix test simulates the performance of the autoclave in reference to the sterilization of hollow loads, in particular:

• the effectiveness of the preliminary vacuum, and therefore the penetration of steam inside the cavities
• temperature and saturated vapour pressure values during sterilisation

Technical characteristics

The spiral device HELIX TEST consists of a PTFE tube connected to a sealing chamber hermetic Moplen, preserved by a sealing ring for the insertion and positioning of the specific strips (chemical indicators in strips).
Full compliance with the current EN-ISO 11140-1 (class 6). The test strip is labeled with a lot number and can be stored for archiving.
