Our cart can be installed on our dental units, stand-alone model, and other dental chairs, or be independent (wall mounted).
The instrument cart is customizable with the same options as the standard doctor tray. This choice doesn’t make you give up anything!

INSTALLATION TYPES

Connected to a simple&smart dental unit: The instrument cart can be connected to our dental unit instead of the doctor tray. It’s like a hanging type tray but it has wheels to improve its mobility. Like the standard tray, the cart has the same buttons on the control panel and it can be customized in the same way.

Connected to a simple&smart stand-alone: The instrument cart can be connected to our stand-alone model. Do you need more space around the dental unit? This solution allows a dental unit with a tray and also a lamp is available for this configuration. In this case, there is no water unit: which means no basin and no assistant tray. But we have some solutions: suction devices made by Cattani (we will talk about them below in this article).

Connected to another dental chair: Our cart also works with other dental chairs! You only have to tell us what you need to connect them: we can apply air and water valves, and an electric transformer. If you want to change your pedal, we can connect a pedal to the cart. The pedals available for the cart are the same we install on the dental chair: our standard pedals and the Faro one, pneumatic or electric.

Wall mounted: We also provide an independent cart model: you only have to connect the cart to an air, water, and electric supply. It has its instruments and its pedal. This is an easy and smart solution if you want more space without tubes around the dental chair, for example.

ADDITIONAL WATER SUPPLY

Simple&smart instruments dental cart is also available with a bottle mounted under the tray. This additional water supply is useful for using solutions during the operation, or to disinfect the internal system. Especially if the cart is connected to a stand-alone or is wall-mounted and there is no other water tank for a secondary water supply.

ADDITIONAL SUCTION DEVICES MADE BY CATTANI

Suction cannulas: Any solution can be customized with the Cattani suction cannulas mounted on the side of the tray of the dental cart. This device allows you to have one big suction cannula and a small one if you do have not an assistant tray on your dental unit.

Suction cart: There is another solution if you need suction cannulas and a spittoon. We are talking about the suction dental carts made by Cattani: independent carts with up to 3 suction cannulas and also available with spittoon. This cart is very versatile because it needs only a power supply to work. The cart has a built-in suction motor and tank to collect all of the liquids inside. All these features allow you to move the cart room by room in an easy way. And to collect the amalgam if you do not have a filter on the dental unit or in the machinery room.
